Our partner, Hale Comms are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Apprentice
Salary: £190.00 per week
Location: Altrincham
Terms:
• 09:00 - 17:30.
• Intermediate level apprenticeship.
• 20 months duration.
• A full time position might be available for the right person following successful completion of the apprenticeship process.
Initially, the person would shadow our sales and marketing teams to learn and understand the industry. They will also be put onto training courses from our partners, i.e. Vodafone, Microsoft, O2, EE, Gamma, Horizon, etc.
General daily duties include:
• Handling calls into the office and dealing with our customers at an account management level;
• Managing emails;
• Preparing quotes;
• Assisting customers and the sales team with queries;
• Creating and applying relevant formulas for costs;
• General administrative duties.
Qualifications required:
• GCSE maths and English at Grade C/4 or above or equivalents;
Skills required:
• It is essential that you have excellent Excel skills;
• Administration skills;
• Good attention to detail.

• Always eager to help;
• Positive;
• A strong work ethic.
