inTec Business Solutions, the North West based acquisitive technology group, have announced the purchase of CFM.
This follows on from the acquisition of I.T. support company Titan Networks, announced earlier this month.
CFM is a Manchester based technology provider, and will add a strong customer base as well as robust technical resource to the group.
It is inTec’s fifth acquisition over the past 18 months in building the ICT group. Simon Howitt, inTec Chairman, commented:
“We are delighted to add CFM to the group. They have excellent clients and some terrific people. They will be a great addition to the group and following on so quickly to our acquisition of Titan Networks, we are building an exciting technology resource.”
Greg Buchannan, one of CFM’s founders will remain to lead CFM and play a key role in developing inTec’s Technology division. Mike Donovan, CFM’s other founder, will use his knowledge and work within inTec’s Telecommunications division.
