[TEAM MEMBER IN THE SPOTLIGHT]
This week, we’re talking to Jack Shipton, Helpdesk Supervisor, at Titan Network Services* based in our central Manchester office.
Jack has worked at Titan for over 6 years and his daily tasks include helpdesk ticket/phone call reports, liaising with management, the support team and project team on their progress and current jobs.
We asked Jack a few questions to find out more about his life away from work!
