Wow. The number of daily users of Microsoft Teams has increased from 32 million (on March 11th) to over 44 million just in the last couple of weeks as companies try and mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus by asking employees to work from home!

But, why Teams? Simply, it’s an excellent chat and collaboration tool and is perfect for team members who are in different locations. Recently, we’ve been inundated for advice about Teams.
One such client was Jarrod Ashton from Vision CK. Jarrod kindly sent some brilliant feedback after a really useful training session with inTec’s Technology Consultant, Mark Armstrong:
“With the current climate we held our first sales meeting with 5 remote salesman and 5 remote project managers, some still out in the field joining via the Teams app on their mobile, the others from their home offices. In addition, the invaluable training provided by Mark on Friday, my contingency plan was activated Monday with now 2/3 of the in-house staff working from home and departments holding daily Teams meetings. It is proving to be a GAME CHANGER in the current climate and in fairness a real credit to Mark that our team have been able to run with it within a day’s training."
Well done Mark!
